Cinnamon Walnut Scones

I threw together some cinnamon walnut scones for breakfast the other day (using the recipe for "Fluffy Biscuits" from the classic Joy of Cooking as the base).

This picture illustrates our awesome ulu knife & cutting board (thanks Al!) which keeps the walnuts from running all over the kitchen as I chop them.
The final product. (Thanks to the Kolbs for the honey - it comes out for all special occasion breakfasts!)
