San Francisco

After seeing the family in Davis, we spent one night at the San Remo hotel in San Francisco. (We highly recommend this place.) We travelled into the city from Davis by Amtrak, which connects to the BART system.

We spent the afternoon wandering around North Beach and doing a little math in a nice cafe. The next morning we took a walk through China Town, where we picked up lunch to go before heading off to the airport (where we enjoyed our lunch/dinner). We then caught an evening flight to Salt Lake City...
