I made a batch of apple muffins the other day. The taste was excellent, primarily due to the cinnamon, cloves, and yogurt. However, they really stuck to the paper liners, which was disappointing. My banana muffins don't do that; I wonder what went wrong. Anyway, here is a picture:

Perhaps this is a good lesson in why not to compare apples and banana's.
